With the Sidekik app, you can track and directly upload your flights and hike&fly adventures. You can also export waypoints from Sidekik and use your GPS vario or other flight apps (XC Track, FlySkyHi, or SeeYou Navigator). The .IGC file can then be uploaded to the Sidekik app.

The basic version of Sidekik is free. Additional features can be unlocked with a monthly or annual subscription.

Registered members can create a club for free, manage its members, and host one challenge per year through Sidekik. However, additional features, such as tasks and additional reporting, are available through a club subscription. Learn more in For Clubs .

The concept is simple: As a club, you agree on 15-30 landmark waypoints or peaks that must be reached on foot and/or by air within a certain time frame. Using the Sidekik app or your GPS device, you record your flight and then upload it to Sidekik. The flight data is then analyzed, and you receive points and bonus points accordingly, and you can see your ranking on the leaderboard.

Yes! With Sidekik you can:

When you upload an activity, Sidekik automatically detects which sections you flew and which you walked. These are displayed in different colors on the map.

This gives you your own Hike&Fly statistics, in which flight and walking routes – including distance, elevation gain and duration – are evaluated separately.

Yes, you can link your Sidekik account to your XContest account and import the flights from there. Just make sure you submit them to XContest on the same day you fly.

Unfortunately, that's not possible yet. Unfortunately, there's currently no third-party interface for Sidekik to connect to. However, you can use the XContest shortcut or upload your flights as .IGC or .GPX files.

There's currently no direct way to import activities from Garmin, Suunto, or Apple. However, you can export the .GPX file from Garmin Connect or Strava and then upload it to Sidekik.
